My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling a little more comfortable, a little more understood, and with a sense of what working together could look like. For couples: I’ll spend time hearing from both of you. My role is to create a space where both people feel heard and supported. We’ll also start identifying patterns in communication and areas we can begin working on together.
