Hello, I'm Sheree. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey to well-being. I am also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of issues, including addictions, trauma, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, among others. My diverse experience spans various settings such as residential, outpatient, inpatient, in-home care, virtual, and private practice. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds, ranging from children as young as 4 years old to adults as old as 94 years of age. My counseling style is warm and supportive. I believe in tackling problems head-on but in a gentle manner, always at the pace that feels right for you. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in my practice. With CBT, I aim to help you change behaviors, improve emotional regulation, and develop personal coping strategies. Through Solution-Focused Therapy, I assist you in determining your goals and achieving them for your present and future circumstances. I am passionate about assisting individuals who are ready to commit to change, as well as those who may feel hesitant. My commitment is to provide a safe and professional environment where we can work together to meet your goals. Whether you're dealing with anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, PTSD, psychosis, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, life transitions, addiction, family relationships, military or veteran support, multicultural or diversity issues, or intimate relationships, I am here to help. I look forward to speaking with you and embarking on this journey together!
