We provide superbills though.* I earned a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited graduate program at Argosy University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Since 2004, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, from college counseling centers to primary care clinics. With over 9 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I am currently serving as the Psychologist of Uplift Psychology Group in San Jose, CA, and as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of interest are treating common issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, work/life balance, and working with LGBTQ individuals and individuals in polyamorous relationships. I strive to be a flexible, compassionate, and attentive therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide insight, support, and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With thoughtful consideration and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. In addition to being a therapist, I have presented at conferences and trainings, such as the California Psychological Association Annual Conference in 2014. I enjoy supervising and mentoring interns and pre-licensed therapists who are in the early stages of their careers. I have also pursued my passion for teaching courses focused on the practice of psychology in local graduate programs, such as the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
