I look forward to working with you to integrate interventions that improve how you're feeling and help you create the life you want. I craft effective strategies to address anxiety, depression, panic disorders, OCD, PTSD, and Complex PTSD. I also work with personality and attachment disorders, and provide marriage and family counseling. I work with adults, adolescents, and children aged 6 and above facing a variety of challenges. I understand today's life can be complex, and I bring a gentle, non-judgmental approach. I enjoy working with clients of various backgrounds and appreciate the variety of challenges each person brings.
