Welcome. I have been a therapist for over 25 years and love it! My therapy style is to help you build a toolbox that you can use immediately and work toward solutions that can bring relief quickly while also attempting to get at the root of the concerns for more long term relief. I have specialized training/experience with anxiety; the fight/flight/freeze trauma responses; narcissistic abuse; childhood trauma including verbal/emotional abuse; stress; life changes; and relationship concerns among others. I also utilize education and homework which is necessary in order to turn your new tools into a lasting habit.
