As a solution-focused licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience, I provide compassionate, individualized care. I emphasize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where clients are empowered to take ownership of their goals, walking side by side with me toward meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The initial consultation typically lasts 15–20 minutes and is an opportunity for us to determine whether working together is the right fit. During this time, we will discuss the concerns that bring you to therapy and explore the goals you hope to achieve. By the end of the consultation, you will decide whether you would like to move forward with therapy. If we proceed, session availability and scheduling will be discussed and agreed upon. Following the first full session, a personalized treatment plan will be developed that is specifically tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals. This plan will be reviewed collaboratively to ensure it aligns with your expectations and supports meaningful progress.
