Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience. The name of my practice is Assembled Minds Therapy. I see therapy as a place to collect your thoughts and construct a pathway to happiness, no matter what challenges you may be experiencing. I work with adults and older teens to help them overcome life challenges, stress, depression, and anxiety through cognitive behavioral and mindful, solution focused approaches. I can help you navigate work stressors, life changes and support your substance use recovery.
