As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I have spent most of my career working in community outpatient behavioral health, but have also spent a substantial time in a multi-disciplinary medical group setting and a child advocacy center. I enjoy and have training in working with individuals across the life-spectrum, as well as with families and couples.

My approach is rooted in a strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed philosophy, recognizing that each individual's path to healing is unique. Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, among others, I tailor my methods to meet your specific needs and goals.
