I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike
For me, therapy is about helping people feel seen, heard, and respected. As your OCD therapist, I'll gently help you knock down barriers, some of which you may not even realize are there. I'll empower you, provide a safe environment, and offer honest feedback and encouragement, using evidence-based practices. I love seeing people realize they can do things they once thought were impossible. Make a commitment to yourself to start therapy and follow through, because you are worth it! In addition to OCD, my focus areas include trauma, crisis, and anxiety disorders.
