Welcome to my practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from New York University and over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, and the elderly, addressing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, school and career challenges, and ADHD. I have also helped many adults who have experienced trauma and/or abuse, as well as relationship and career difficulties. My counseling style is warm and holistic. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. I am eclectic in my approach and look forward to meeting you!

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
