My background includes working with at-risk youth and their families, including those involved in both the juvenile justice and foster care systems; crisis intervention; adults, both individually and as couples; active-duty service members and veterans; and law enforcement and other first responders. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, integrative, and trauma informed. I understand the impact of our environment on our lives, as well as our lived experiences, and how these experiences shape our journeys.
