My role as a therapist is to help my client get to where they want to be, it is a collaboration between myself and my client where the client is met right where they are in order to build their best life as they envision their future. My journey to mental healthcare Seeing people change and grow in their lives is the driver for me to continue to do what I do. Offering a compassionate and safe environment where a person can be heard, validated, and supported is the basis for everything I do in therapy.
