With an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a graduate degree in Community Counseling specializing in play therapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for helping others to my practice. My focus is on working with children, adolescents, and adult women, and I am currently working towards my EMDR training to better support clients dealing with trauma. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, ODD, trauma, and behavioral concerns. My goal is to help improve your overall level of functioning and well-being.
