I offer an integrative approach to therapy that blends evidence-based practices with a relational, depth-oriented perspective. I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing mood disorders, trauma, addiction, and relational challenges, tailoring treatment to balance skill-building, insight, and meaningful emotional growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal client feels overwhelmed, stuck, or internally unsettled, even if life appears “together” on the outside. They may be an adolescent struggling with anxiety, emotional intensity, identity development, or behavioral challenges, or an adult navigating depression, trauma, substance use, or ongoing relational patterns. Often, they feel frustrated by repeating cycles and want more than short-term relief—they’re seeking understanding, emotional stability, and meaningful, lasting change in how they relate to themselves and others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating especially if you’ve tried before and it didn’t feel helpful or safe. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy is not about being “fixed,” but about being supported as you learn to understand yourself and move toward the life you want.
