I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. My approach My foundational approach is person-centered. I use techniques from many different therapy models including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in EMDR. My focus I have worked with many different clients from diverse backgrounds. The clients who seem to match best with me are women and folks from the LGBTQ+ community.
