My approach is supportive and collaborative, and we will work at a pace that is comfortable for you. I have broad experience effectively addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, anger management, past sexual abuse trauma, and PTSD. Just as you are unique, your story and journey in life are as well. My goal is to assist you on your path to self-discovery, healing, and making the changes you want in your life.
