My passion for helping others is deeply shaped by my own lived experiences—overcoming childhood trauma that now allows me to connect with clients with compassion, empathy, and understanding. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based practices that help my clients identify their strengths and learn tools to empower them in their journey. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
