I have devoted myself to assisting and supporting women. As women, we wear several hats, which can cause emotional struggles such as self-doubt, feeling overwhelmed, stress, or betrayal. We will work together as you gain new perspectives and develop healthy coping skills. I will assist you on your journey to become the best version of yourself. I began my journey working with parents and children dealing with autism, ADHD, anger, and living in complicated environments. However, I have since focused my devotion on working with women struggling with work-life balance, family life, and relationships. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. As your therapist, we will work together to overcome life’s challenges and help you gain self-confidence.
