Shiyonah is incredibly kind, professional, and provides a relaxed environment for her patients. As someone who attempted in-person therapy for the first time, I immediately felt comfortable in her presence. She's helped me unlock confidence in myself and provided so many tools for me to utilize in my every day life.

She helped me break down my beliefs, both challenging me and supporting me when I needed it. Overall, a very positive experience and pleasant person to work with.

I’ve been seeing Shiyona for a couple months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this provider. She has really impacted my life. I struggle with intense anxiety and the past couple months she has taught me many techniques to help improve my anxiety. I visit with her once a week and every week I can feel myself improving. She consistently uses therapeutic communication and I never feel judged and I always feel comfortable talking to her about what’s going on in my life. I’m so glad to have found a therapist like her
