Do you often feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities, finding it difficult to manage your time, follow through on commitments, or be fully present with your loved ones? Do you feel misunderstood, defensive, or discouraged when your partner points out these challenges? What if there was a way to quiet your inner critic and feel more at ease in every area of your life? Imagine feeling balanced and in control, able to give your full attention to your relationships, career, and self-care without constantly feeling pulled in different directions. I offer a path forward—a way to bridge the gap between your potential and the life you want to live. I specialize in working with adults grappling with undiagnosed ADHD, neurodivergence, or the lingering effects of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients are high achievers professionally but struggle with personal commitments and feel disconnected at home. You’re capable and creative, yet you might often feel like you're self-sabotaging or not living up to your own expectations. Whether it's procrastination, incomplete tasks, or feeling like you're not fully supporting your partner, these struggles don’t have to define you. You may shine at work, gaining respect and recognition, but at home, feel like you're falling short, unable to prioritize your family or partner. I understand these gaps and am here to help you navigate them with compassion and clarity. I support three distinct relationships in my couples work: each partner individually and the couple as a unit, ensuring every person's needs are met and fostering separate but interconnected journeys toward healing and fulfillment. I guide patients in reconnecting with themselves and each other, helping build stronger emotional connections and develop skills to navigate difficult conversations without ruptures in your relationships. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll explore your unique challenges and strengths, focusing on practical strategies and emotional growth. My style is empathetic and direct, encouraging honest conversations while providing the support and tools needed to help you achieve your goals. You can expect a mix of reflection, skill-building, and actionable steps designed to foster resilience and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. We begin with an initial consultation, during which I'll gather important background information through intake forms provided via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice. This platform also handles all communication, scheduling, and video sessions to ensure a seamless experience. Although I am out-of-network for insurance purposes, I can provide a superbill after sessions to help with partial reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan. In our sessions, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your challenges. We focus on exploring both your strengths and difficulties, whether you're dealing with undiagnosed ADHD, neurodivergence, or the effects of anxiety, depression, or trauma. Through a mix of reflection, skill-building, and practical strategies, I help you develop emotional resilience, manage your responsibilities more effectively, and strengthen your relationships. For couples, I guide both individual and shared journeys to promote healing and personal growth.
