What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey with a Master’s degree in Counseling from University of Nebraska. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches. I attend trainings and stay engaged with ongoing professional development through various networks. Individual therapy for teens and adults is offered both in-person in my Maplewood office and telehealth for clients across New Jersey. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and are tailored to your pace and priorities. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to the possibility of working together.
