I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. As an LCSW, I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, caregiver burnout, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in helping clients build practical tools for healing and long-term emotional wellness. I strive to meet each client where they are while encouraging meaningful progress toward the life they want to create.

What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I value authenticity, trust, and creating a comfortable environment where they can speak openly without fear of judgment. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I work at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for each individual. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with getting to know the client’s concerns, goals, background, and current stressors so we can create a treatment approach tailored to their unique needs. Together, we identify patterns, emotional triggers, and areas where support is needed most. Sessions may include processing emotions, building coping skills, improving communication, developing boundaries, and exploring practical strategies for daily life. I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach that focuses on both immediate support and long-term growth.
