What should a new client know about working with you?

Hope you’re doing ok. I have been where you are, so I understand starting therapy can feel vulnerable—especially if you’ve spent years carrying responsibilities, expectations, or unspoken pain on your own. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian adults who may be navigating stress, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, generational trauma, family conflicts, infidelity, anger management or the pressure to “hold it all together.” You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy with me is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are respected.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we slow things down, make sense of patterns, and create room to process what you’ve been carrying—at your pace. I value cultural humility and understand how family dynamics, cultural values, and lived experiences can shape mental health in complex ways. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping you build insight, resilience, and self-trust. Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about supporting growth, healing, and reconnection with yourself.
