Getting to know Siamirelis Nambo

With life’s stressors and uncertainties, I’m grateful for the opportunities to support my clients while they learn to resolve their fears, doubts, barriers and address old patterns and behaviors. Therapy cannot remove the difficulties of life, but it can help us realize that we no longer have to approach life’s difficulties alone. Healing and growth come when we are in community with others. As your therapist, I pride myself on having a warm and laid-back demeanor, my lived experiences inform my practice. My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, I will bring my full, authentic self into sessions and connect with my clients’ own lived experiences to further the therapeutic relationship. I have lived experiences with relational trauma, anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia/fat-shame, and chronic illness. My primary focus is helping clients build trust and a safe relationship with which to explore deeper and more sensitive topics. In my professional career I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with various presenting concerns. I have experience supporting BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, college students, young professionals, couples, families and the older adult population. Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy reading, cats, dogs and traveling. I am here to help you every step of the way.
