My focus is on creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, self-harm behaviors, mood dysregulation, and other emotional challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers to mental health care and believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally sensitive support. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), I help clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable, empowering you to achieve lasting growth and emotional well-being.
