I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. Above all, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate life's challenges, deepen their understanding of themselves, and strengthen their relationships with others. I particularly enjoy helping individuals and families improve communication, foster meaningful connections, and create healthier patterns of interaction. As a therapist trained in EMDR, I also support clients in processing difficult experiences and moving toward healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that every person has the capacity for change, resilience, and becoming the version of themselves they aspire to be. My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person, recognizing that each individual's experiences, relationships, environment, and strengths play an important role in their well-being. I take a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the client. I'm committed to helping clients gain insight, build on their strengths, and cultivate lasting growth, healing, and fulfillment.
