Hello! My name is Sierriena (Serena—like the tennis player). Do you feel like something is not right? Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, lost, or unsure of what to do? I can help and support you. You do not have to suffer alone… there is help. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in systemic therapy. I create a comfortable therapeutic environment to discuss, process, and address your presenting concerns. I allow you to take the lead as I fully support you while we navigate the therapeutic journey together. I am a dedicated and purpose-driven therapist motivated to help clients reveal the hope within themselves, discover their authentic selves, and overcome their identified challenges. I entered this profession to support people in living better, more fulfilling, healthier, and fuller lives by establishing and fulfilling their personal and professional goals. I firmly believe that despite life’s challenges and obstacles, we can improve ourselves and learn to live our absolute best lives. At times, life presents obstacles that hinder us from achieving and sustaining true happiness, and I believe everyone deserves to create happiness, have healthy and supportive relationships, and, most importantly, practice self-love. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and the LGBTQ population. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. How can I support you?

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
