I founded Family Therapy With Silvia, Inc. on the fundamental belief that every individual is worthy and deserving of living a fulfilling life aligned with their desires. With over three decades of experience as a Clinical Psychologist in Mexico and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, my dedication has been guiding individuals through the process of healing and recovery from trauma, one person at a time. Trauma, often occurring in the blink of an eye, reshapes our existence irrevocably. These unforeseen events profoundly affect our lives, hindering our ability to create, experience joy, and follow our purpose. My lifelong aspiration has been to empower clients to navigate the aftermath of such adversities, helping them reclaim their lives and rewrite their narratives. As the Clinical Director, I’ve meticulously selected our team of Clinicians, based on their extensive professional experience and unwavering commitment to our shared mission.
