My first clinical supervisor taught me that, "the healing is in the relationship", which I've found to be true and essential in my work to support your ability to overcome the difficulties that come with living. I focus on creating safety for you to show up as you are. We include your mind and body to identify and manage your intense emotions, navigate experiences that hinder your peace and sense of freedom, and explore new perspectives of yourself and your world.
