Hi, I’m Simone, a licensed therapist specializing in life transitions, relationships, and emotional wellness. I support individuals navigating the challenges of change—whether that’s in parenting, career shifts, or healing from past wounds. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply human. I create a grounded space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment and begin building a life that feels more aligned and manageable. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Together, we work to reduce anxiety, improve communication, and reconnect with what really matters to them. I use evidence-based practices with a personalized touch—bringing in tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and relational work. Therapy is a space for growth, not perfection. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. I welcome you as you are, and I look forward to supporting you as you move toward clarity, balance, and healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself—no need to perform or pretend. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our sessions, and I’ll gently challenge you when needed to help you grow. I believe therapy is most helpful when it feels collaborative, so I welcome your feedback, your questions, and your pace. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by life transitions, we'll work together to untangle things and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and balance. You don’t need to have all the answers to get started—just a willingness to show up and explore what’s going on. I’ll meet you there.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start with an initial session where I get to know more about you—what's bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you’d like to work on. From there, we’ll identify some goals together and begin exploring patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be contributing to your current stress or challenges. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I pull from a range of evidence-based techniques, depending on your needs, but I always move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. Over time, we’ll work to increase self-awareness, strengthen coping tools, and help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
