I have experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting difficulties, and postpartum depression/anxiety. I utilize a combination of client-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, which has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate and effective care. I believe that to find the root of your symptoms, you need a safe place to explore them. My main goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my patients because patients will not allow themselves to be vulnerable if they do not feel safe. Once patients feel safe, they are able to manage symptoms and process their underlying causes.
