I have two Masters degrees: (1) Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and (2) Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. My approach to therapy is to co-create an informal and vulnerable environment for individuals to explore their beliefs around attachment, intimacy, and identity. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and a member. I respect individuals from all ethnic backgrounds, religions, orientations, and genders. My theoretical background is rooted in Psychodynamic and Existentialism where we will explore your core relationships and how you make meaning of your life. I also draw on strength-based approaches to accentuate and celebrate the strengths you already possess. Thus bringing confidence to all aspects of your life, greater intimacy and joy in your romantic relationships, and pride in your sense of self.
