My focus is creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions, with a particular passion for supporting young adults and high-functioning professionals. My approach is individualized, relationship-centered, and evidence-based. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating mindfulness-based, attachment-focused, person-centered, and skills-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I help clients strengthen executive functioning, improve organization and emotional regulation, and build practical tools that support confidence, resilience, and long-term growth.
