My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT. I create a holistic and open space that welcomes humor, vulnerability, and the full range of human experience. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, codependency, and interpersonal challenges, including survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Clinically, I’ve practiced across university counseling centers, schools, nonprofits, private practice, and adolescent day treatment. As a South Asian, first-generation American raised by immigrant parents, I understand the layers of identity, generational expectations, and healing from generational trauma. This lens informs my work with clients of diverse backgrounds. Above all, I aim to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey.
