Somer Robb, LPC

Psychotherapist
OK
have been in the mental health field for over ten years and a licensed therapist for five years. I work with all age groups and have experience with play therapy and parent-child relationships. I provide a warm and safe environment for clients to tell their story and work along side them as they begin writing the future they have always dreamed of achieving. I work with all age groups and specialize in children, the parent-child relationship, problematic sexual behaviors and anxiety. I am experienced in play therapy, EMDR, and Child Parent Psychotherapy. The first step is always the hardest and is the only one you have to make on your own. Once you ask for help, we can navigate the ups and downs together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use evidenced-based practices with a person-centered approach to provide the best possible therapeutic treatment to fit your needs. During the first session we will explore your story and I will help you set your treatment goals. During treatment we will work together to help you achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My sessions are typically virtual. The first session is used to get to know each other, complete documents and start treatment planning. The second session would start with going over the treatment plan from the first session and making any changes that are necessary as well as discussing the best modality and getting started in the treatment process.
