I use an eclectic approach in therapy, so I tailor treatment to meet your needs, and I incorporate a variety of different modalities and techniques, including, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, client-centered, mindfulness, relaxation skills, communication skills, and anger management skills. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have been in the field for over 19 years. I specialize in adults with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and cultural issues.
