I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years specializing in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapies and have been expanding into psychology focused energy therapies. These are balancing techniques that restore the flow of energy in and around the body for physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. My passion is working towards Fundamental Wellbeing, which I became an Alumnus in 2025. The fundamentals of Wellbeing include mindfulness, gratitude, optimism, self-compassion and self-inquiry. These are also components of healing your inner core during sessions.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
