You’ve been surviving. Now it’s time to feel safe, seen, and supported — through EMDR, breathwork, grief counseling, and more. Therapy with me is a full-body, full-heart approach that blends trauma recovery, nervous system healing, and compassionate, soul-centered care. I blend modern trauma therapy with ancient healing wisdom — offering a clinical, spiritual, and somatic approach tailored with compassion to meet you where you are. I know how hard it can be to reach out—especially when you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure if healing is possible. But if you’ve read this far, something inside you is ready for change. You don’t have to do it alone. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you toward healing, clarity, and a deeper sense of peace. My approach I use a smorgasbord of approaches as no one approach fits every person. Together, we can build a plan with clarity that empowers you to find the peace and confidence you desire. Balance, confidence, harmony, peace, and prosperity are closer than you think! My focus Are you ready to be felt, seen, & supported? You don’t need to stay stuck in survival mode. I help deeply feeling adults heal trauma, regulate their nervous system, & reconnect with purpose through EMDR, somatic work, & spiritual insight. If anxiety, grief, unresolved trauma, or midlife unraveling has you struggling to get through the day, you’re not alone. When triggers show up in public or emotions hit hard at home, 1 help you reclaim peace. I also write ESA letters for dogs with basic training, offer service dog & obedience training as part of therapy, & integrate animal-assisted support when desired.
