All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Sonte' Pollock is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her Master of Social Work and clinical training at the University of North Florida. She has experience in various approaches to healing, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She believes that the client is the expert in their life, and she is privileged to be a support and guide to assist them. Sonte' emphasizes building and fostering a healthy and open line of communication and is passionate about minimizing the stigmas around mental health and trauma. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and grandogs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal in working with clients is for them to lead their own healing. I believe the client is the expert in their life and I am a support figure. I will support the client where they are and look for therepeutic modalities that fit the clients situation and desired outcome. My process is for you to recognize you always held the power to actualize the life you desire for yourself.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
