Sophia Ahmed received her Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University and Bachelor's of Science in Public Health from American University. During graduate school, she completed clinical internships at intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care, serving individuals of all ages, families, and couples.
