Has the stress of the past two years left you feeling isolated and alone? Do you find yourself mindlessly scrolling through social media until you feel empty? Are you constantly comparing yourself to others? These thoughts are common among young adults and trauma survivors in today's world. The overwhelming flow of information can not only induce anxiety and depression but also trigger difficult memories. While you are doing the best you can, therapy is an additional resource for you to rely on in times of need. As a provider with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University, I am here to support you through these challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work is to help you see yourself more clearly. In our sessions, we can explore the taboo topics you feel uncomfortable discussing elsewhere. I use open-ended questions and reflections to unpack what brings you to a session and then incorporate evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and EMDR so you can heal.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we can reprocess your pain and ultimately calm your nervous system so you can reclaim your authenticity. I have experience working with individuals of all ages who have lived through trauma, grief, substance use, and more. If you are interested in working with me, schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation today.
