I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, self-esteem, and borderline personality disorder, providing individual, couples, and family counseling. I am a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist who incorporates a blend of conventional and alternative approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques in the process. Therapy sessions are custom-tailored to meet the individual’s needs, circumstances, and concerns of each client. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step takes courage, and I am here to support you. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in Orlando and a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University.
