Getting to know Sophie Foster

I enjoy navigating the depths of what makes people tick, and helping them understand and harness these patterns. Each one of us possesses the capacity we require to unlock our lives, however it is often buried in barriers, both physical and psychological, that I would like to help you unpack. Feeling better is possible, it sometimes just takes an extra set of eyes, support, and tools to get there. For my background, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years in non-profit social work, with 10+ of those as a therapist serving both youth and adult clients. I tailor my approach to the needs of the individual, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused, and strengths based approaches into my sessions. My goal is to help understand each individual's unique history, presenting challenges, and identity to assist them with living their best life.
