I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, intimacy concerns, and relationship patterns. Sessions may incorporate EMDR, somatic techniques, and insight-oriented therapy to help you heal painful experiences, improve communication, deepen connection, and move forward with greater confidence and peace.
