Most relevant

I never received any information from the office. I contacted Brightside to inform them of this prior to my appt. They told me to wait until an hour prior, and I would see the login The system made me completely reregister, and then it told me there was an error that i would need to rebook. I contacted them again via email (they never answered the phone - I attempted to call 3 times). Received an email telling me to clear my browser, which I did, I emailed a screenshot showing that I could not see my appt. and received a message that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours..
