Getting to know Sophie Jani

Guiding couples to have healthier communication and conflict, grow together as well as individually, and have breakthrough conversations around sex and sexual intimacy is my passion! I work primarily with intercultural couples to deconstruct narratives around sex, gender, power, and privilege. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy to foster deeper conversations and provide greater understanding by slowing down triggering reactions and limiting beliefs that get in the way of repair and connection. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which informs my holistic and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
