Hi, I'm Sophie! I'm an independently licensed therapist in Florida, Ohio, and Indiana, offering virtual therapy and accepting most major insurance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered with practical tools to manage life's challenges. I know reaching out isn't easy, and taking this step is truly brave. Together, we'll focus on building coping strategies, fostering growth, and helping you feel more grounded and confident in navigating life.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology and my M.Ed. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. For over 10 years, I've supported both women and men navigating mood instability, anxiety disorders, addiction, eating disorders, chronic pain, personality disorders, relationship concerns, and women's health.
My office hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 10 AM-5 PM EST. If you don't see a time that works or you're unsure about getting started, please reach out - I'm happy to answer questions and see if we're a good fit. You don't have to go through this alone - I'm here to support you!!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
