My goal is to create an empowering space where we can draw from your strengths to overcome current challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to establish ongoing, flexible goals for therapy, making our sessions as effective as possible. I am particularly interested in the stories we tell about our lives and the meaning we make of them. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, interactive, and nonjudgmental. I will treat you with respect, empathy, and compassion. I address issues with relationships, sexuality, gender, career, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, stress, and family among other topics. I enjoy working with diverse clients, racial/ethnic, and LGBTQ backgrounds.
