Her approach integrates psychodynamic, Gestalt, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies, while drawing from liberation psychology. Together, she and her clients explore how early developmental attachments, cultural experiences, and systemic influences shape present-day life. By bringing awareness to emotions, body sensations, and relational maps, she helps clients build self-trust, resilience, and a deeper sense of meaning.
