I am a therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I have clinical experience supporting clients facing challenges related to major life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and PTSD. I prioritize building rapport and providing a safe space for clients to explore and process without judgment or preconception. Clients can expect me to guide them in using their strengths, as well as systems and strategies aligned with their values, to work toward a more meaningful life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Center for Children and Families at Erikson Institute.

I had my first session for family therapy and didn’t get much feedback. I chalked it up to it being an intake appointment. I figured he was getting to know my partner and I which is why the feedback and advice or tips where minimal. I followed up to set another appointment and never got a response. I feel like my partner and I were disregarded and left with a lot of raw emotions.
